This position is a short term internship position providing support to the Accounting team.  All employees are expected to perform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision, interact professionally with all co-workers, suppliers or customers and be a contributor on all work assigned to gain real world knowledge. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Provide clerical support to the Finance team.
2. Process dealer rebates and sales spiffs for payment.
3. Voucher accounts payable invoices into the system.
4. Assist Credit team with processing finance approvals.
5. All other duties as assigned.
6. Exposure to various month-end processes.

Additional Opportunities (as available): 

1. Attend quarterly inventory count procedures and assist with the audit of quarter end inventory.
2. Assis in quarterly FG/WIP yard walks.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Intern will be in college majoring in Accounting or Business Administration with a minimum GPA of 3.0. 
• Background in manufacturing practices desirable.
• Must have strong analytical & quantitative skills.  
• Microsoft Office Outlook, Excel proficiency is required.
• Ability to work in Microsoft AX.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment, as well as the ability to effectively handle multiple projects & priorities.
• Self-motivation, willingness to learn & grow, and a strong work ethic is required.
• Possess excellent communication, organization and interpersonal skills as a successful candidate must be able to work with and assist others and be comfortable with presentation skills.

Work Requirements

This position may require sitting, standing, working in front of a computer monitor in an office setting approximately 90% of the day and occasionally, working in a hot, humid manufacturing environment. 

This position is an 8 hour per day position starting at 8am.
