Job Description:

We are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to help propel our business through data-driven insights and strategic analysis. This role will focus on understanding market and customer trends, contributing to product and sales intelligence, and collaborating closely with sales, marketing, and product development teams. The ideal candidate will leverage existing AI and BI platforms to deliver impactful insights, with a lighter focus on development and a stronger emphasis on application and feedback.

Responsibilities:

Data Gathering and Analysis:

• Translate business objectives into actionable research and data analysis plans, utilizing customer and dealer surveys to gather insights.
• Collaborate with teams to refine data collection methods and ensure the relevance of information related to marketplace and customer activity.
• Collect and analyze key data points, such as:
  • Consumer and Dealer: Demographics, buying habits, preferences, and demand patterns.
  • Competitors: Pricing, strategies, and market positioning.
  • Sales and Product Intelligence: Trends in product performance, customer engagement, and emerging market needs.
• Maintain a centralized database to organize and manage market intelligence effectively.

Product and Sales Intelligence:

• Use Power BI and AI-driven tools to analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and product trends, creating visualizations and reports that drive strategic action.
• Monitor marketplace activity and customer trends to provide insights that influence product development and sales strategies.
• Support the evaluation of sales data to identify opportunities and optimize market positioning.

Analytics and Reporting:

• Leverage AI and BI platforms to generate forecasts, trend analyses, and predictive models, focusing on practical applications that support business goals.
• Ensure the quality and integrity of data, applying validation techniques for reliable outcomes.
• Prepare and present findings in a clear, actionable, and visually engaging manner, tailored to the needs of various stakeholders.
• Use existing platforms and tools to gather feedback, refining data outputs to improve business impact.

Collaboration and Platform Enhancement:

• Collaborate with teams to optimize the use of AI and BI platforms, gathering feedback to support continuous improvement.
• Provide input on the development of new analytical applications, maintaining a lighter role focused on user needs and feedback.
• Work cross-functionally to ensure that insights are effectively integrated into sales and product strategies.

Skills and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering actionable insights.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI for data visualization and SQL for data manipulation.
• Experience using AI and machine learning tools for market and customer analysis.
• Analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into business recommendations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to address diverse audiences.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Willingness to travel as needed to support business initiatives.
