This hourly position exists to provide and coordinate the first line of technical assistance, repairs and computer moves for all Jayco computers.

Essential Functions:

• Manage and maintain the Help Desk ticketing system and knowledge base running Microsoft System Center.
• Provides first level of support for IT Help Desk requests through phone and e-mail.
• Assist in the coordination to repair and support all hardware/software across all Jayco’s locations.
• Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures.
• Coordinate and communicate with impacted individuals on the repair and recovery from hardware or software failures.

Additional Functions:

• Engage with other IT team members to ensure issue resolution and support.
• Participate in planning and executing IT supported rollouts and upgrades of software and hardware.

Required Experience/ Knowledge

• 1-2 years of proven system support experience.
• Minimum of Associates Degree in technology related field, which can be offset by MCSA or other specialized training (A+, CompTIA).
• Any combination of Windows Server 2008R2-Windows Server 2016, VMWare and Cisco experience is desirable.

Work Requirements

• This position may require sitting, standing, working in front of a computer monitor in an office setting approximately 80% of the day and occasionally, working in a hot, humid manufacturing environment.
• Requires ability to occasionally travel between field locations. 
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Regularly required to sit, stand, walk and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; use hands and fingers, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; and reach with hands and arms. 
• Must be able to frequently lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• This position is a full-time position, which may require some flexibility in hours and days worked.
