This entry level position exists to provide administrative support to the Purchasing Coordinator.

Essential Functions
 

• Provide data entry support to the Purchasing team. 
• Build and maintain vendor master, confidential pricing files, contracts and item master setup under direction.

Experience / Knowledge
 

• Minimum of 1 year of related data entry experience preferred.
• Knowledge equivalent to a high school diploma.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and correspondence.
• Ability to understand processes, importance of accuracy and attention to detail as well as maintaining confidentiality.
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office tools including AX.

Work Requirements

This position may require sitting in front of a computer monitor in an office setting approximately 95% of the day.

Must comply with all company safety policies, practices and procedures. 

Hours are 7am - 4pm with willingness to work over-time, as needed.
