Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Slide Out Set individual that has worked in a high quality environment to join our team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, experienced, and able to work efficiently in fast paced, piece rate compensation structure and high quality working environment. We are looking for highly motivated, team oriented individuals who want to be a part of building an amazing product for an amazing company.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Installation of slide rooms into the unit.
• Installation of fiberglass skin to each box, and squaring rooms in their openings.
• Routing all wires and water lines to final locations

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a high quality environment. 
• Ability to work efficiently and maintain high quality standards under a piece rate compensation system.
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and craftsmanship.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
