Purpose:
Greets all visitors and processes incoming phone calls. Supports HR function by providing clerical and administrative support
Essential functions
- Answer and direct calls
- Meet and greet guests as they enter the front lobby area
- Retrieves and distributes mail daily
- Assists with miscellaneous office related tasks
- Monitors office supplies and requests new stock as needed
- Hands out applications and delivers completed applications Human Resources
- Supports Human Resources processes by scheduling appointments, provides help with orientation, maintaining records and information.
- Provides assistance with employee portal password resets
- Provides secretarial support by entering, formatting, and printing information.
- Printing and sorting labels for production.
- Organizes work.
- Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
Experience/ Knowledge
- Requires 1 to 3 years related experience and knowledge equivalent to high school education.
- Requires ability to operate a multi-line phone console. The ideal candidate must be able to communicate in a cordial manner to telephone and on-site visitors. Additionally the incumbent must exhibit the following:

Work Requirements
- This position may require sitting, standing, and working in front of a computer monitor in an office setting approximately 95% of the day.
- Requires ability to occasionally travel between field locations. Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, and stoop, kneel, or crouch; use hands to fingers, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; and reach with hands and arms. Must be able to frequently lift and move up to 10 pounds.
- This position is a full-time position, which may require some flexibility in hours & days worked (including Saturdays, as needed).
